Damien J. Rose

Damien has experience representing clients on a wide range of U.S. and international tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and the formation of funds. Damien has extensive experience advising on and structuring transactions, including partnership workouts and restructurings, as well as transactions involving the formation and operation of partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and funds. He also has represented and advises clients on the tax aspects of structuring financial instruments and other derivatives, as well as in various capital markets transactions.

Prior to founding DR Tax Law, Damien was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis.  Prior to law school, he designed and built smart highway systems for a leading engineering and infrastructure solutions provider.
